How the Program Works
1. Contact us for a Pre-Management Consultation to determine your RENT VALUE.
2. Sign the Management Agreement and allow us to get a tenant to occupy your home ASAP.
3. Soon after the lease is signed, we show your tenant their Rent vs. Buy Power, and suggest they buy your home.
4. If they decline (or are unable to purchase), we will put the property on the Sale Market 60 days out from the expiration of the current lease agreement.
5. We continue this process unitl a tenant purchases your home, (or another buyer purchases) to ensure maximum CASHFLOW and minimal out of pocket costs.
6. Currently our Average Days on the Rental Market is 22 DAYS.
